It was a sad Tuesday morning for owners of Shops at the popular Broad Street, Lagos Island, Lagos Nigeria.
According to eyewitness, the fire started since 8:00am,sadly they have been battling the fire and smoke.
As at the time (5:00pm) , I am writing this.
The worth of the goods haven't been estimated yet.
The goods are basically Italian suits, shoes and clothes.
I went their myself to see things for myself , write and upload pictures.
And kudos to the Men of Fire Service.
They did exceptionally well.
The Fire Tanks from Union Banks was on site, the Lagos State Fire Service, and the Federal Fire Service.
Kudos To them all.
And the Policemen were there too.
The lastma aided in controlling the traffics and movements.
