Stay Young

1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age and height.
2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down. We've
spoken about people who pull you down cause that's where they
are comfortable. Let those people go.
3. Keep learning. Learn more about the world, crafts, gardening,
whatever. Never let the brain idle. Google can teach you a foreign
language, how to cook foreign food, and so much more. GOOGLE
IT.
4. Enjoy the simple things.
5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.
When was the last time you laughed till tears came out of your
eyes?
6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person,
who is with us our entire life, is ourselves (and GOD). Be ALIVE
while you are alive.
7. Surround yourself with what you love, whether it's family, pets,
keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Make your home your
refuge and sanctuary.
8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable,
improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.
9. Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the beach, even to the next
county; to a foreign country but NOT to where the guilt is. Don't let
anyone make you feel guilty about your success. Don't feel guilty
about what you have that others don't. Appreciate those things, but
don't also rub people's faces in it.
10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every
opportunity.
AND ALWAYS REMEMBER...
Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the
moments that take our breath away.
Ask yourself truly, when was the last time life took your breathe
away? If you can remember share with us.y
