Unbelievable ! Jacob Zuma endorses MMM

President Jacob Zuma has torched a storm after he said South Africans battling to find jobs must join MMM. Speaking at a fundraiser in Limpopo over the weekend, the president shocked attendees when he encouraged them to join the embattled scheme.

“South Africans complain too much, there are many money making schemes that are making people rich everyday but you guys are waiting for me to come and give you a job. If you can not get a job, just join MMM. My gardener and maid do MMM and they get more money than what I am paying them. I want to fire them so they can fully concentrate on MMM”, he said.

The entrance of Mavrodi Mondial Moneybox popularly known by its abbreviation, MMM, into the country sent South Africans into a frenzy as many joined the quick-money train. The company which was founded in Russia by Sergei Mavrodi, his brother Vyacheslav Mavrodi, and Olga Melnikova recorded a rapid growth but in 1994, it came crashing down as it was closed over tax evasion.

Described as the biggest Ponzi scheme in the 1990s, it was estimated that thousands of people lost up to $10 billion dollars.  The scheme which has been banned in China has found its way to South Africa, Zimbabwe and recently Nigeria where it has attracted “investors” who put money into it and receive 30 per cent “profit” ant the end of the month.
Jacob Zuma’s utterances have been met with an outrage all over South Africa with many saying Zuma was out of line and should apologise.
Do you think it is okay for Jacob Zuma to advertise this scheme?

How to lose customers.

Most companies and corporate entities, don't know that people are watching and monitoring their products and services.

It may be minute, and little changes but it sure speaks heavy on business relationship and patronization.

Take for example,
Am very fond of eating little snacks, be it Groundnut or chin chin.
I love keeping my mouth busy.

There was this new product I fell in love with, the quality was top notch.
Its a chin chin by the way.
Very soft, milky and lovely.
You can take one, and be filled.
Been taking it for few months now.

I didn't pay attention, for a while, cos my addiction was becoming high.
I took a break.

Then yesterday, I saw the product, beckoned on the vendor, on touching it, I felt there was a drastic change.
I inquired, this thing don small oo,
The vendor replied, flour is costly.

I didn't argue, cos it would be plain insensitivity to do that, understanding the tunes of what's going on, on the streets.
Things are high and expensive.

This morning, I ate the chin chin and saw, drastic reduction on the quality.
It was like the normal chin chin.
I felt bad.

I got some few lessons from this and am willing to share, esp for SMEs, Entrepreneurs, Corporate entities and Companies to learn and grow their businesses.

*  Don't reduce quality, reduce quantity.
Yes its important you mark that word.
Quality keeps your customers, quantity doesn't.
You might say, the higher the number, the greater the response.
For some businesses that's the case, esp those doing a quantity based business.
They can subscribe to that line of thoughts, if quality is not their watch word.
But if you are doing a business that involves rendering quality services, you must as a matter of fact, keep to it.

A Customer based business is very delicate.
You might enjoy the profit, but can't keep up with feedback.
Even if your customer base is so large that, if you make some drastic adjustment, that it wont affect you now, but on the long run, it would start affecting your business.

So how do you keep up with rendering services and products and still maintain quality?

Its simple,
Do your study,
Start with a quality that you know, even at hard times, you would still be in play.
Don't start what you can't control.
Understand the market.

* Never underestimate your customers.
Never!
They would shock you.
You might assume they won't know or notice your changes, it would surprise you they did.
The same instinct that brought them into your business, would usher them out.

Never underestimate them.

* Don't start what you can't control.
If you know that in 4 years that your quality would reduce, please go back to the table and see how your business can keep a particular standard and quality , and still maintain it for long.

Definitely, the issue of reducing quantity may factor in later, but Don't tamper with the quality.

*Prices may be a challenge but don't touch the quality.
People would still pay if your quality is untampered with.
Customers note all this.
Am a customer and am giving you this Business tip from a consumer angle .

Of course you are permitted to increase prices, but you aint permitted to Make it Outrageous.

Dont go and increase what you sell #50 to #140.
No one would buy even if your quality is still intact.

Bottom line is,
Maintain Quality, Don't Over inflate the Price.
You would loose.
Keep the Quality,Maintain average Price change, slightly reduce the Quantity and Business would fly in all weather.

My Recent Experience with the CBN/ BVN Scammers

Me: incoming SMS,
Reads:
Dear Customer, CBN has blocked your ATM Debit Card due to incomplete BVN registration.
Call our customer care 08144705686 to re- activate.
I laughed!
Mind you, the senders number is different from the customers care number.
Still laughing.
I tried calling with a hidden number, it didn't go.
So I called the so called Cus-scammer Care.
Me: Hello
Cus-scammer Care; yea
( you go fear yea na)
Me : which of my ATM was blocked?
**sensing danger
Cus-scammer Care: *Terminates call*
I laughed !
Very stupid fellows!
Ladies and gentlemen.
As much as possible, we need to spread the tactics of these scammers.
To maim their activities from ripping people off.
Here are few things you must know;
*Banks would never, I repeat, never text you or call requesting for your ATM pin, BVN details and Private informations.
* Read every message on your phone with great patience, especially those with Banking details.
Don't just read and act.
Read and ignore, except Alert Debit. ( don't ignore such, there must be an answer for such debits), but head to the bank.
* Watch out for spelling errors in text messages, although those guys are improving in this aspects.
* If you have any issues, go to the bank and stop waiting for an email or SMS asking to assist you.
Wake up.
My Candid Suggestion:
*Banks should henceforth disconnect every dialing code to get someone's BVN code.
Reasons are; Any phone stolen and misplaced sim cards can easily be manipulated.
Scammers can dial those codes and get the BVN code.
NCC should effect this.
Its very Important.
Somehow, these scammers have a software, that when you input your BVN code, it displays and hijack your banking details and information.
Don't scream how!
Its possible, someone designed that software about BVN, and hackers are working , daily to make things terrible.
Solutions:
Banks should henceforth give BVN code on request inside, I repeat, INSIDE the four walls of the Bank.
This would greatly reduce scammers success.
If possible, a desk should be assigned to a BVN specialist, who is proficient and quick , to ease stress and safety.
* Adverts should focus more on security than opening of an Account.
Its very important we secure the customers database, than allow more customers without optimum security.
That needs to be checked as well.
Go out and orientate people about security and healthy banking safety.
Scammers are banking on the rate of laziness by Nigerians , wanting to do everything at home without steeping an inch.
They are capitalizing on that weakness.
We need to wake up.
But then, All Banks should increase the Speed and Capabilities of their Customer Care services.
Even if you are getting more customer care related issues than deposits and withdrawal, fix that.
If your customer care response is weak, banking becomes difficult.
Fix first things first.
*Its Also Important that Service providers set up A Deactivate A Sim approach, especially when those numbers are obvious in SMS.
What I mean is this,
If The Above number on that text appears, Service providers should be able to Block Such numbers when reported!
This would curtail and weaken their mobile activities.
With these points of Mine, I pray the Bankers and Service providers and even NCC do something drastic and immediate.

Social Media Bullies.

Social media sometimes look like a battle or an intolerant platform, where people hardly educate but mock people's lack of knowledge on topical issues.

Not everyone is smart.
So dont assume.

We have a lot of people who have dumped school, to read facebook updates, interact , learn vocabularies, and new words.
I  sometimes get an inbox of some errors, and i also inbox people when i notice errors too, and people don't get to notice.

You don't shame people just because you crossed the 'T's well, while they did not.

Some knock you off like the ITK's ( I too Know), they believe they know way more than you, and your opinion is basically classless to them.
i tag them , INTELLECTUAL BULLIES.

Its doesnt cost you anything, i mean ANYTHING, to correct someone privately, than shaming them or labelling them intellectually bankrupts.
Educate people instead.
We are not done learning.

Social media is a new extension of classroom, whether you agree or not, its a fact.
No one can quantify the hours we spend here than , what we spend in schools and in library.
So why torment others?

Asking questions, seem to be the next arrow.
Ask questions and you would regret ever asking.

Since i was born and till date, i have never seen anyone thrive in knowledge and understanding without first asking and getting an appropriate answers.
Never !
You ask questions to get your facts right.
When asking, its important you also ask relevant and crucial questions, not absurd and stupid ones, thereby aggravating the writer or the individual.

I think with these few suggestions and head ups, am pretty sure, we can start having an Amazing discussions and Open minded teachings.

Educate, Dont Belittle anyone.

Premarital Sex.

An infringement on the rights of the individuals is what one Patrick Benlag thinks premarital sex is.

After reading his article, I knew the writer was somehow confused.

When issues comes to sex, I kinda read different submissions.
Coming from moral background, as an unmarried youth, you have no business with sex.

I see sex as one of those gifts attached to being married.
You enjoy it as a communication between your spouse.
It becomes something that deepens your intimacy with your spouse.

But in this 21st century, it's an upside down ideology.

Kids of 15 years have bothered their fragile brain with sex and it's escapades.
Little wonder the lack of Academic excellence and Moral values.
The pornographic industry on the other hand , is wreaking unimaginable havoc on people, psychologically, and emotionally.

Making sex look like a game.
Where everyone is a player.
The perversion they propagate.
Hypnotizing the minds, creating unimaginable fantasies.
There is so much sexual perversion in the land.

Even if you ain't seeing it from a moral background.
Its obvious that something is wrong.

The question of if premarital sex is sin resurfaces.
Truly what's the idea behind it?

To know the sexuality and strength of your supposed partner, isn't it?
And then if your own fantasies isn't met, you dump and move to the next one? Oh really?
Many have said, that they kept the bed undefiled , then after the wedding, they saw something different.

So many stories arise and different perceptions.

As a Christian, you can't judge your life with the standard of the world, using it as a yardstick to juxtapose how fantastic your marriage would be.

slideshare.net

Those that look out for numerous qualities and ingredients with sexual perceptions, end up exposing themselves to countless women or men as the case may be, looking out for such qualities, and in the end, settle down for someone, more terrible than their fantasies.
I haven't seen a complete marriage, or individuals.

You can't be looking for your missing ribs , when you have complete ribs.
Marriage is the coming together of two incomplete entities, coming together to make a complete union.

One must lack something.

So thinking, premarital sex would help you to find that missing ribs, you might end up messing yourself up with the whole women in your community.
Point is, as a young man or woman, you were exposed to so many taste, and in that taste, you looking for a spouse that has all the taste of your youth in one piece, which is practically impossible.
Taste drives people into premarital sex.

Lynxx, a Nigerian Artiste has this to say,

lynxx continues...

And its wrong.

Be wise and do the right thing.
He or she may dump you after that experience.
Sex is not a guarantee of happy marriage, but an ingredient.

Kids; What do You See?

I have seen how uncomfortable most people are around kids.

They are provoked to high heavens when kids play around them, or mistakenly step on them.

One would think they skipped childhood and self launched themselves into adulthood.
Quite appalling.

Can I share something with you?
Right,
You know Emmanuella of Mark Angel Comedy show right?

Am damn sure you have not less than 2 of her videos?

Tell you what.
Emmanella makes a fortune,
Google pays her, Different organization makes advert on her video, that young girl has money stashed up, that would sustain her till adult stage.

Most of the Notable people you are itching to see, take selfie with , young emmanella, has seen most of them, they carry her like baby.

You would wonder how a young girl of that age could have so much fame and influence.

Well, her cousin discovered her.
Harnessed their relationship, leveraged on her capabilities and they are smiling to the bank together.

Point is, if Mark Angel, hate being around kids, or detest playing with kids, he wouldn't have seen the talent in young Emmanuella.

Probably, young Emmanuella would have just been the normal girl, everyone sends errands in the hood to buy cigarettes or what have you.

Look around you, see potentials in your kids , cousins or neighbor.
Harness it and bring out the best in that young kid.

Who knows, The First Or Next Emmanuella you would be bringing to limelight.
